1. Working characteristics: Longitudinal and transverse composite magnetic field induction heating quenching; high heating efficiency, fast speed, 6 seconds/piece; hardness distribution of hardened layer is uniform; power consumption is small; edge of tooth surface is consistent with middle part; root The hardened layer can be precisely controlled; the amount of deformation is small.
2. Working principle: The high-frequency power supply is turned on, the electrical contacts and the inductor are connected into a loop, and the sample above the inductor becomes the heated body that is sensed. In this way, the surface of the workpiece is not only heated by the longitudinal magnetic field, but also heated by the transverse magnetic field to achieve uniform heating. Replacing different sensors can heat workpiece surfaces of different shapes. Compared with the traditional high-frequency heating, the surface heating current of the workpiece is concentrated, the density is high, and the heating speed is fast. In this way, the power density of the surface of the heated workpiece is several times that of conventional induction heating, and high-efficiency and high-quality heat treatment can be performed on the surface of the workpiece.
3. Grinding rack quenching process: placed on the inductor, the cylinder is lowered, the rack is pressed, the sensing electrode, the rack and the sensor are connected, and the distance between the inductor and the rack can be adjusted as needed. The induced current generated by the combination of the longitudinal and transverse magnetic fields simultaneously heats the tooth surface, and the heating speed is fast, and the heating time is controlled. After the temperature is reached, the device stops heating, and the quenching liquid is automatically sprayed to the tooth surface to complete a quenching process.
